TASTES GREAT WITH

The firm texture of this pickle is perfect in salads or stirred through raw or roasted vegetables to bring out all their flavours. For a shot of flavour and colour, we can’t stop adding sauerbeet to our roast dinners, new potatoes or pasta sauces. A spoonful stirred through a curry is also a favorite.
