Shipping policy
Shipping within the UK mainland is £4.99 for all orders, estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days. If you have not received your parcel within 5 working days, please contact us via our contacts page. Orders to remote postcodes may take up to 7 working days. We are currently unable to ship any orders internationally.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders we cannot fulfil for any reason. If your order is cancelled we will contact you to explain why. The payment method you used to purchase from us will be refunded for that order.
Processing of orders placed on a weekend, a bank holiday, Christmas, New Year or any other national holiday will be commenced on the next working day following your order.
If your order goes missing, or is damaged, between dispatch and delivery, we will notify you and send you a replacement order as soon as we can. If you have received products that do not match your order, a replacement parcel can be arranged via our contacts page. Please provide pictorial evidence of the damage (emailing a photo from your mobile phone is ideal), along with your order number - without these, we will be unable to process a replacement. There will not be any additional charge for the replacement order.
