FLAVOUR

We blend chinese leaf with aromatic vegetables, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes. We use less spice but more ginger than traditional. Great for elevating your cooking and bringing life to simple meals.

Our kimchi is great for balancing rich fatty dishes and works a treat as a convenient condiment or ingredient in just about anything, from breakfast to midnight snacks!

INGREDIENTS

Chinese Leaf, Mooli, Carrot, Filtered Water, Spring Onion, Ginger, Coconut Nectar, Red Pepper Powder, Garlic, Glutinous Rice Flour, Cornish Sea Salt.

TASTES GREAT WITH

Add to stir fry’s, ramen bowls, soups, egg and fish dishes for a spicy umami flavour. We particularly love our kimchi in a cheese toastie, with scrambled eggs, mac cheese or as a burger topping.

I need more kimchi in my life

Tried this kimchi after seeing it on James Martin , just received my first variety three pack last week and ordered more kimchi right away it's by far best I've ever tasted . I picked some other brands up in supermarket and it's not a patch on this stuff . I even got some from
A Korean shop yesterday and it's not a patch on culture kimchi . I'll be back for more 😋 PS . The beetroot one is ace aswell haven't tried sauerkraut yet but I'm sure I won't be disappointed ❤️

We are very careful when sourcing our produce and that's really were the flavour comes from, we'll take credit for the texture though! Enhancing our dinner

We cooked a Korean curry this evening and Cultura Kimchi was the perfect addition. It added so much flavour, freshness and was hassle free to prepare - for us anyway. Added bonus for us is that it is local and handmade in Cornwall. It has minimal ingredients but is packed with flavour. Yum.

The BEST kimchi!

I love kimchi and have tried so many but this one is truly my favourite ! It is crunchy and sour and not too spicy. The delivery is quick and the kimchi is consistently delicious ! Highly recommend!
