If the Kimchi in your fridge is calling you, might we suggest this cheeky little combo - Kimchi, Peanut butter and poached eggs on toast. This breakfast (or snack) is all about balance and contrast - the creamy peanut butter with fibre and protein, the tangy, crunchy Kimchi (gut friendly and full of flavour) plus a soft poached egg to pull it all together. Sourdough bread optional (but a pretty good addition).
