Our naturally fermented sour pickles are prepared and blended by hand in the heart of West Cornwall. We use the finest local ingredients, unpasteurised and alive.

Our take on the tangy Korean classic. We blend Chinese leaf with aromatic vegetables, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes.
SAUERKRAUT
The gateway to all lacto-fermentations and not just for hotdogs! An aromatic blend of white cabbage, caraway, bay leaf and juniper.
SAUERBEET
A rich and playful blend of beetroot, red cabbage and fennel seed. Mix with salads and roast vegetables or enjoy with cheese in any form for a sweet, earthy flavour sensation.
