Our take on the tangy Korean classic. We blend chinese leaf with aromatic vegetables, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes. We use less spice but much more ginger than traditional, giving you a rich and piquant punch of flavour with just the right amount of heat. The quality of the ingredients and the unique blend lends itself perfectly to use our Kimchi as a condiment or as an ingredient in just about any dish that you can think of. Great for cutting through the fat content of any dish, or bringing life to simple meals, our Kimchi will really elevate your cooking.

Versatile & So Tasty

I have been eating the Kimchi for over a year, mainly with salads and scrambled eggs. I have found the taste and freshness to be the best I have tasted. It really helps with my gut health too.
